1. Tour price given in Brochure is per adult. Child 3 years to 10 years 30% less on tour price. Up to below 3 years only food Charges to be given & no seat will provide in bus or car.
2. Passenger have to bear their coolie charges, all entry fees & guide charges, Horse riding, Boating, Shikara, Ropeway etc.
3. After final payment, company will provide information to the passengers for final itinery of tour, confirm journey date, Train No. & Timing and Reporting place with xerox copy of up & dn. train ticket.
4. The Management shall not be held responsible or liable to pay Any compensation for any incident of theft, burglary etc. or for any accident causing and loss injury to missing or death (may God forbid) of any passenger during the tour period.
5. For train journey we are entirely depended on Railway Authority. It is not possible to allot any particular seat (Lower/Middle/Upper Berths).
6. If any tour is cancelled due to natural disaster like earth-quak, flood, cyclone or tsunami, any climatic condition, Govt. strike, train cancellation or any other unavoidable circumstances, in that case passengers have to bear to loss 30% of the tour cost.
7. No refund will be given to the tourist who leave the tour in- between. The tourist who try to create problems in the tour, management have every right to discard him from the package. More over he/she will not be allowed to continue the tour & not be given any refund.
8. In case the tour is extended or diverted for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to born by the client.
Booking System
Minimum Rs. 5000/- only is payable per head for normal reservation as an advance plus train fare or Air fare as actual for Up & Dn journey. Balance amount to be paid before 15 days of journey otherwise the booking is treated as cancel & money will refund as per cancellation system.
Accomodation System
Accommodation will provide family wise (3 person in DBR & 4 persons in TBR) or DBR with extra bed or mattress on floor.
We Provide
Dlx. Bus/car for sight seeing, family wise room in hotel, complete food: Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & diner Veg./non veg.EXCEPT UP & DN TRAIN FARE & TRAIN FOOD.
Cancellation System
Cancellation will not be accepted over phone. At the time of cancellation you have to provide booking receipt to the office.
